Oral presentation

When I was doing my oral presentation:

I spoke about differents the history of google. We used a powerpoint. Approximately my part during five minutes. I try to looked my companions and my teacher. I tried didn't look my notes. I moved my hands almost all the oral presentation because I was nervous. We organized all the information in two parts: first how devoloped google and the second part the different sub-servicies about google. We used words like: first, then, now, after. All of my companions know what is google, but I am secure that they don't know about the history. We searched information in the internet in different pages. I think that my grammar was good, but with some mistakes. My vocabulary wasn't much rich and varied. I used some sentence linker like: and, also. But I dind't use pause fillers. I found all my words for know the pronunce, but maybe some of they I pronunce bad. I check some words in a dictionary. I think that I used a monotone tone all the time. I think that I spoke very fluid, because I studied my text. I believe that I got a mark of 6.5.

Dialogue

Douaa is a director of a Hospital and Rocío is her secretary. Anna is an employer.

DOUAA: Hello.
ROCÍO: Hi!
ANNA: Good morning.
DOUAA: How are you?
ANNA: I'm fine! Thank you.
ROCÍO: Ok. Well, we start the interview.
DOUAA: Tell me about your self.
ANNA: I think is important to say that I have two children, David and Jenny. My husband is an arquitect. I worked in a Irish Hospital for 8 years, but I had to leave it to look after my children.
ROCÍO: Why are you looking for a new job?
ANNA: Because my children are older now.
DOUAA: Why do you want to work with as?
ANNA: Because I heard that you need a nurse and I think it is a good oportunity.
ROCÍO: Is a good answer.
ANNA: I have a doubt. It is possible to do a half working day?
DOUAA: We don't have a fix time table for anyone.
ROCÍO: Is the time a problem for you?
ANNA. No, I just asking.
DOUAA: Why do you choose this work?
ANNA: Because I hope help people, and I fulfill my dream.
ROCÍO: Well, it's ok. We will phone you next weak to comunicate our desicion.
ANNA: Thank you very much. I hope your phoning.
DOUAA: Good bye!
ROCÍO: Bye!
ANNA: Bye!

A few minutes later...

DOUAA: Do you think she is a good candidate?
ROCÍO: I think she has a problem with timetable and that it can be a problem if we will take on her.
DOUAA: We will decide after.

My future.

Now I’m going to speak about my futurs future intentions.

First of all, now I’m doing second of bachillerat and the most important thing is to pass the spanish exam. The exam is on 13th October and I’m very nervous but I want to pass it and for this reason I will study very hard.

My goals of this year are to pass the spanish exam, to do very well the “treball de recerca”, pass all the exams of all the subjects, go to the “selectivitat” in June, and go to the college in September.

For fulfill my goals I’m going to study very hard for the exams, I’m going to review every day the things that we have done in class, and push and focus for all the subjects. And the most important thing is struggle until the end.

Also to (for) pass the exams I think that it’s very important to do the homework all the days.

I hope that the next year in this moment I will be at the college in Girona or Barcelona.

The sentence that I will never forget and I will do is: “Don’t ever give up on yourself”.
